Your vault exports belong to you. Close your account, and your Companion Data is deleted. The relationship is voluntary in both directions.
What Boby does not do.

We do not deliver security services. Services are delivered by licensed firms under their own licences. Boby is the verification and routing layer.
We do not employ security officers. Officers are always employees of a firm at the moment of any work performed through the network.
We do not process payment for security services. Payment flows directly between the customer and the firm. Boby earns subscription revenue only.
We do not operate a ranking system. Verification is a floor every firm on the platform meets. No ladder. No paid placement.
We do not grant territorial exclusivity. Multiple firms may subscribe to any postcode in any category. The network does not carve up territory.
We do not charge the people asking for help. User accounts are free. Boby's only revenue is firm postcode subscriptions.
