A postcode on Boby is not a customer list and not a lead pipe. It is a community standing that grows with the work you put into it. The Firms who invest early in their home postcode will hold a position there that no later Firm can replicate.
Each User invited into your postcode is bonded to an AI Companion for life. The Companion remembers context, preferences, and history. It develops a working understanding of who the User is over years.
When you are the inviting Firm, you are set as the User's default Sponsor Firm. That gives you a 60-second exclusive response window on every help-request the User makes in your subscribed Categories, ahead of any other Firm in their selections. The User keeps full agency. They can change Sponsor Firm at any time. But the architecture rewards Firms whose service earns the relationship.
Over time, this creates something that traditional service businesses always had and lost: a real local community standing, made measurable, made portable, anchored to credentials that cannot lapse without your knowing.

Firms onboarding during the ten-week Gold Coast Pilot Phase are granted their home postcode permanently, free, for the life of their subscription. This is not a discount. It is recognition of being a founding builder in the network.
The home postcode is the postcode of your ABR-registered business address, verified by Boby at onboarding. The grant covers all Category-Scoped Subscription lines in that postcode, for every Licence Category your Master Security Licence endorses.
If your Master Licence later gains new Category endorsements in the home postcode, those new lines are also free. The grant attaches to your Firm, and persists for as long as your subscription remains continuously active on the platform.
Cancel your subscription, and the grant lapses permanently. Move your ABR-registered address, and the grant moves with it (the former postcode reverts to standard pricing). Maintain a continuous, Boby-verified subscription, and the home postcode remains free for the life of the Firm.
Other Firms may still subscribe to your home postcode at standard rates. The grant reduces your cost. It does not exclude others. The community you build is what makes your standing distinct, not territorial protection.
Beyond the home postcode, additional postcodes are subscribed by Licence Category. Each subscription line is one combination of Category and postcode. You pay for the Categories and postcodes you actually serve. Specialisation is rewarded.
The community asset is real because the verification behind it is real. Founding Firms are continuously verified. The standing is durable because the credentials cannot lapse without the platform knowing.
The founding firm grant is open only during the Gold Coast Pilot Phase. Firms onboarding after 8 September 2026 will pay standard Category-Scoped Subscription rates for all postcodes, including their home postcode. The grant is not extended, not reissued, not available retroactively.
This is by design. The first cohort of Firms is the cohort that proves the platform with users in the postcode. The grant is the consideration for being among the first to do that work.
