The floor every firm stands on.
There is no gold tier on Boby. There is one standard, every firm on the platform meets it, and if anything lapses, matching pauses until currency is restored.
What is verified.

| Officer licences | Each officer individually licensed for the categories they work. |
| Insurance | Cover matched to category: public liability for security and protection work; valuables-in-transit for transit work; professional indemnity for investigation; venue-specific cover for crowd control. |
| Certifications | First aid and category certifications inside their validity windows. |
| Business identity | ABN and ABR-registered address, checked against the Australian Business Register, which is also how a firm's home postcode is determined. |
What lapse means.
Verification isn't a badge granted once. Credentials are tracked in their validity windows, firms are obliged to notify changes immediately, and a lapse pauses matching for the affected categories until currency is restored. A floor you can stop meeting isn't a floor, so the standard is continuous, not ceremonial.
What is refused.
