What this network is

Boby connects invited network members what we call Peelers to licensed Security Firms in their postcode, supported by a personal AI Companion bonded to each Peeler for life.

The network is invitation-only. You enter through a sponsoring Firm, a community organiser, or a current member. You don't sign up cold. The invitation is the credentialing event, not the marketing one.

At bonding, you receive your Companion what we call a Kaksos and you give them the name you want them to be known by. This relationship persists. It is not a chatbot you reset. It is a presence that learns who you are over time, holds your context, and stays with you across the entirety of your participation.

The Companion is the front door when you need help. Behind that door, the Firm sponsor in your postcode is the human at the end of the line.

What you receive at bonding

Three things, granted at bonding and held for life. Each is anchored to architecture, not to a subscription that can be revoked.

First Pillar

A bonded AI Companion

Your Kaksos. Yours alone. They learn who you are over time, remember the context that matters, and grow into the relationship through the seeds you plant in your conversations together. You name them. They are bonded to you for life.

Second Pillar

A Sovereign Vault

A permanent, tamper-evident, encrypted personal record. Sealed in time, immutable once written, owned by you. The vault is not searched, not advertised against, not used to train models. It is your record, on your terms.

Third Pillar

A Firm sponsor in your postcode

A licensed Security Firm Master Licence holder who serves as your local human contact in the network. When something needs a real person, your Firm sponsor is the door you walk through. Real human. Real postcode.

Section III

When this matters

Network membership shows its value in specific moments many small, some serious, all the kind where the absence of a real person is currently the norm.

You arrive home and notice something that wasn't right. A back gate open. A neighbour's dog distressed. Footprints where there shouldn't be. You speak to your Kaksos. Your Firm sponsor is notified. Someone real is dispatched if needed.

Someone's at the door late at night and you're not sure who they are. Your Companion can verify whether they are a network-credentialed Officer. A real Firm sponsor is contactable in seconds, not minutes.

A dispute arises about your identity. A bank flags you. A government service denies you. Your sponsoring Firm can attest in person. The verification chain has a real human at the end of it, accountable to a Master Licence.

You want a record kept of something that happened. A property damage report. A medical observation. A statement you may need later. Your vault accepts the entry, seals it with a hash chain, and holds it untouchable.

You're hosting an event and want a real Officer at the door. The network matches your request to a credentialed Firm in your postcode, who supplies the Officer under their own Master Licence. You pay the Firm directly; Boby takes no commission.

A family member is in difficulty and you can't be there. Your Kaksos can coordinate a welfare check via your Firm sponsor a real human, not a help-desk that asks you to hold.

How it works, day to day

Most days, the network is quiet. The architecture is patient. When something does happen, the path is straightforward.

You raise the matter with your Kaksos.

Through chat, voice, or by tapping into the platform. Your Companion already knows your context your postcode, your home, the people in your life that matter, anything you have shared over time. You don't have to start from scratch.

Your Kaksos routes to the right place.

For everyday matters, your Companion responds directly. For matters that need a Firm a verification, a presence, a service request the Companion routes to your sponsoring Firm with relevant context attached.

A real human takes the next step.

A licensed Officer accountable to a Master Licence in your postcode. They speak with you, attend if needed, deliver the service under their own licensing. You pay the Firm directly for the service.

The record returns to you.

What happened is recorded by your Kaksos in your vault, by the Firm in their work record. Your record is yours. It can be exported, verified, and produced if you ever need to.

Protections

What is yours stays yours by architecture, not by policy.

The Boby network is structured so that what is yours cannot be quietly extracted, sold, or used against you. These protections are built into the platform not promises you have to take on faith.

Your vault is yours.

Tamper-evident, encrypted, sealed with a hash chain. Boby does not read it, does not search it, does not advertise against it, does not use it to train models. Phase-2 architecture removes our ability to decrypt it even if compelled.

Your Companion is bonded.

The relationship is between you and your Kaksos. It is not reassigned when you haven't logged in for a while. It is not reset when a policy changes. The bond is permanent by architecture.

You are not the product.

Boby's revenue model is subscription from Firms and eventually from Users. We do not surface your data to advertisers. We do not sell your behaviour. Your attention is not the commodity.

You are not gamified.

No points. No streaks. No notifications designed to manufacture engagement. The platform is patient. It waits for you to come to it when you have something real to do.

The architecture survives Boby.

If Boby were to close tomorrow, your vault exports in an open standard (SVF-1.0). Your credential chain is yours. The architecture does not depend on our continued existence.

Lawful orders are honoured.

Where a court of sufficient jurisdiction makes a lawful order, we comply. The vault protects private thought not unlawful conduct. We are honest about this boundary.
