Principles

Rules we can't quietly change.

These aren't values statements. Each one is held by how the platform is built and what the contracts say, which is what makes them worth reading.

1

Verification, not purchase, is the gate.

A firm appears on the platform because its credentials are verified and current, never because it paid more. Payment is never the gate; the credential is.

2

Zero commission, structurally.

Boby's only revenue is firm postcode subscriptions. No commission, no lead fees, no cut of service revenue, and the people asking for help are never charged. Remove this and you'd have to rewrite the platform.

3

Invitation-only.

Every user and every firm enters by invitation. Trust density compounds in ways open platforms can't replicate. The invitation is the credentialing event.

4

No rankings. No exclusivity.

Verification is a floor every firm meets, not a ladder to climb. No paid placement, and no firm is ever granted territory: any postcode is open to any verified firm.

5

The record belongs to its owner.

The Sovereign Vault is the user's, exportable any time as a verifiable PDF, and never Boby's to trade on. Close the account, and Companion Data is deleted.

6

The lane is drawn.

Boby's people observe, verify, document, de-escalate, and refer. Enforcement is not our lane: licensed firms deliver services under their own licences, and matters for the law go to the law.

No exclusivity. No rankings. No lead fees. No cut of your revenue.
What Boby refuses to do is what makes the rest credible.
