Section I

How the demand reaches you

Demand flows from invited Users and Property Owners directly to your Firm. Pre-matched, pre-verified, and never mediated by a Boby officer in the field.

A User in your postcode submits a need through their personal AI Companion. The platform matches it to your Firm based on category, location, and credential currency. You receive the request. You accept or decline. You deliver the service under your own Master Licence. You invoice the customer directly. You keep one hundred percent of the service revenue.

What we verify continuously

Every credential, every certificate, every policy is verified, tracked, and kept current at the platform layer. If anything lapses, the affected resource is automatically suspended until currency is restored.

Master Security Licence

State-issued. Currency confirmed against the regulator.

Individual Officer Licences

Each Officer's licence verified continuously.

Insurance Currency

Public liability and professional indemnity policies.

First Aid Certifications

CPR and HLTAID currency tracked per Officer.

How to join

Onboarding is deliberate. Each step ensures the network maintains its verification standard from day one.

Application

Submit your Firm's Master Licence number, ABN, and primary contact. Initial review within five business days.

Credential Audit

Platform verifies all current credentials (licence, insurance, endorsements) against authoritative sources.

Category & Postcode

Select the service categories and postcodes you wish to subscribe to. Subscription confirmed and activated.

Network Active

Your Firm is visible to matched Users and Property Owners. Demand flows to your platform dashboard.

Founding Cohort

If you onboard during the Pilot, your home postcode is free.

Firms onboarding to Boby during the ten-week Gold Coast Pilot Phase are granted their home postcode permanently, free of charge, for the life of the subscription. This is the founders' grant.

Founding Firm Offer

All Category-Scoped Subscription lines in your ABR-registered postcode are free for the life of your subscription. The grant covers every Licence Category your Master Licence endorses, and any Categories added later. The community you build there is yours to grow.
