Origin
A user in your postcode submits a need through their AI Companion.
Match
The platform matches it to your firm by category, postcode, and credential currency. If they invited you as their Sponsor Firm, you get an exclusive 60-second response window first.
Accept or decline
The request reaches your dashboard. The decision is always yours.
Deliver
You deliver under your own licence and invoice the customer directly. You keep one hundred percent of the service revenue.

Firm licence
Your firm's licence under the Security Providers Act 1993 (Qld), checked against the regulator's register. (In the subscription agreement this is the defined term "Master Security Licence", mapped to your state's instrument.)
Officer licences
Each officer's individual licence, verified for the categories they work.
Insurance, per category
Public liability for security and protection work; valuables-in-transit cover for transit work; professional indemnity for investigation; venue-specific cover for crowd control, as the subscription agreement requires for each category you subscribe to.

First aid and category certifications, tracked within their validity windows.
