What follows is the charter by which the Boby network is built and by which it can be evaluated. Each principle stands alone. None is decorative.
Verification is not a checkbox at sign-up. A Firm that was licensed twelve months ago may not be licensed today. Licences lapse. Insurance expires. Certifications fall out of date. The platform's claim that every participant is currently compliant is only credible if the verification is live.
When any credential lapses, the affected Firm or Officer is automatically suspended from receiving jobs through the platform. Suspension is immediate. Reinstatement is upon verified restoration of currency.
This is the foundation principle. Without it, every other principle becomes impossible. A network that says "these participants are licensed" but checks once at signup is making a claim it cannot defend twelve months later. Boby's claim is defensible because the verification is live.
Open networks accumulate trust slowly because they accept everyone. Invitation networks accumulate trust quickly because each new participant is sponsored by an existing one. The network's quality compounds in a way an open marketplace cannot replicate.
For Users, invitation comes from a sponsoring Firm or community organiser. For Firms, it comes from existing Master Licence holders or direct application followed by verification. The invitation is not a marketing funnel. It is a credentialing event.
The Companion is bonded not assigned. A new User does not get the same Companion as another User; they get their own, and the Companion grows into who that specific person is. Conversations are remembered. Patterns are learned. The relationship deepens.
The Companion is the front door when help is needed. A User does not call a generic helpline; they speak with their Companion, who already knows their context, location, history, and relationships. The Companion routes the request to the appropriate Firm or Officer with context attached.
The Companion is not a chatbot. It is not a customer-service surface. It is a presence in the User's life that stands with them patient, faithful, and quietly competent.
A User's vault is not a feature. It is infrastructure for their interior record. Every entry sealed into the vault is hash-chained to the entries before and after it. Any alteration breaks the chain visibly. The integrity of the record is mathematical, not contractual.
The vault belongs to the User. It is not searched by Boby for analytics. It is not surfaced to advertisers. It is not used to train models. When the User exports the vault, they take the chain with them. The sovereignty is not symbolic. It is structural.
Every digital identity system in the world has the same structural failure mode: when something goes wrong, there is no door. Phone trees, chatbots, ticket queues, six-week reviews. The User, when they need help, is alone with software that cannot see them.
Boby has the inverse property. Our network has feet on the ground. When a verification dispute arises, when a User is wrongly flagged, when an attestation needs a human eye the User goes to their Firm sponsor in their postcode. A licensed human, accountable to a Master Licence, attends in person. The matter is resolved by a person, not a process.
This is the structural moat that no software-only platform can replicate. It is also the principle that makes every other commitment in this charter operationally credible.
Most companies design platforms that capture their customers' continuity inside their own corporate continuity. If the company fails, the customer's data, identity, and history are lost. This is acceptable for many products. It is not acceptable for the records of a person's life.
Boby is structured inversely. Customer continuity is anchored on infrastructure that survives Boby itself. Identity is held in user-controlled credentials. Vaults export in an open published format (SVF-1.0). If Boby were to dissolve tomorrow, every User would still hold the record of their life and the cryptographic proof of its integrity.

Most agentic AI products promise: subscribe to our agent and it will do things for you. The model is rental. The agent is fungible every user gets the same agent. The agent's authority comes from its corporate backing, not from any relationship with the user.
Boby's promise is different. The Companion's capacity to act on your behalf grows with the relationship with the seeds you plant, the context you share, the time you invest. You reap what you sow.
A retired pensioner who spends ten years in deep conversation with their Companion has a richer record than a billionaire who subscribes for a year and treats it as a service. The depth of the relationship is the measure. The depth is yours to build.
The transparency commitment is not a clause in a privacy policy. It is visible in the platform interface itself, in the language Users see when they interact with their vault and their Companion.
When the architecture changes when a Phase-2 protection becomes available Users are told. Transparency is not a one-time disclosure. It is the practice by which trust is sustained.
The same principle applies to Firms and Property Owners. Pricing is transparent. Verification methods are documented. The platform's commercial model is explained in plain language. Hidden mechanics produce a network that cannot be evaluated, and a network that cannot be evaluated cannot be trusted.
A platform's character is shown as much by its refusals as by its features. The list below is not a marketing position it is the regulatory and architectural perimeter that makes the rest of this charter operationally possible.
